“Home for Supper”, 24×36, oil on linen, was inspired by an afternoon cruise with friends on Sweden’s Lake Vanern, the largest lake in the European Union. My goal was to capture the spirit of a tired but happy crew ghosting home into the sunset behind a dying breeze…just in time for supper at the tavern.
