Initially I never had a studio ,I have made use of all the space in my house to create my painting even a bedroom, kitchen and laundry room, as my work grew bigger and bigger we decided to move to a larger place and now have my own studio. My parents and husband are a great strength and support.
“Painting is poetry that is seen rather than felt, and poetry is painting that is felt rather than seen.”

Why they love Preethi Mathialagan’s art
Stephanie Swick NY
“My husband and I commissioned a painting for our lake house and sent a photo of what we wanted her to create. Preethi was wonderful to work with and we were more than happy with the way she captured the image. We would definitely recommend working with her.”

“You may think “why would I want a painting of a feather?” But that is not the right question to be asking yourself if you’re looking for a piece of art that will complete a room! ‘Melody’ is anything but a simple painting. The closer and longer you look at it, the more appreciation you’ll begin to feel for how much detail, intricacy, and personality that this painting holds. I just wish it came on an even larger canvas for the wall I put it on in my home!”
